Most people use hypnosis for birth. You are not most people. You can start early by seeing our birth coach to manage your pregnancy.

We are here to manage your physical symptoms (such as nausea, vomiting, leg cramps) and psychological symptoms (such as anxiety, worry, fear)

Studies have shown that your unborn baby can be affected by stress hormones that you produce. unborn babies exposed to stress hormones could be borne preterm

apply hypnosis for a tremendous experience of pregnancy

We believe you desire to experience the wonders of birth as easy as you could imagine

We believe that you are able to give birth using very little anesthetic or none at all. This is possible when you are calm and relax during your pregnancy. Stress, worries and fears cause your muscles to tighten causing difficult birth
